Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to grow our IT Resource Outsourcing business. The primary responsibility of this role is to acquire and manage customers who require IT engineers, software developers, and technical specialists through outsourcing, staff augmentation, or contract-based engagement models.
The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience in IT services, the ability to engage decision-makers, and a clear understanding of how enterprises and SMBs consume outsourced technical talent.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers requiring outsourced IT engineers and software developers
- Sell contract, staff augmentation, and project-based resource outsourcing services
- Understand customer technical and business requirements and propose suitable resource profiles
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and margin targets
Customer Engagement & Account Management
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Engineering Managers, and Procurement teams
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand workforce gaps, project timelines, and skill needs
- Coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment
- Manage renewals, contract extensions, and upsell opportunities
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term account growth
Solution Positioning & Negotiation
- Clearly articulate the value of IT outsourcing models versus permanent hiring
- Position engineers and developers across technologies such as software development, cloud, infrastructure, security, data, and DevOps
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and commercial terms
- Negotiate contracts, rates, SLAs, and engagement models
Market & Pipeline Management
- Maintain an active and qualified sales pipeline in CRM
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing benchmarks
- Provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports to management
Required Skills & ExperienceExperience
- 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience in IT services, IT staffing, or technology outsourcing
- Proven experience selling IT engineers, developers, or technical consulting services
- Experience selling to SMBs, mid-market, or enterprise customers
- Familiarity with contract staffing, staff augmentation, or managed services models
Skills
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand technical requirements and map them to suitable resources
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Target-driven mindset with strong closing ability
- CRM usage and sales pipeline management
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in IT staffing or IT outsourcing companies
- Understanding of technologies such as software development, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and data platforms
- Experience selling in the UAE or GCC market
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
