Business Development Executive

Job Summary

​We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai. The primary goal of this role is to drive revenue by identifying new business opportunities, onboarding new corporate clients, and promoting our comprehensive suite of services—including company formation, PRO services, and legal licensing. ​

Key Responsibilities ​

Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to entrepreneurs and international companies looking to establish or expand their presence in the UAE. ​

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

​Client Consultation: Meet with potential clients to understand their business needs and provide expert advice on the best legal structures (Mainland, Free Zone, or Offshore). ​Networking: Represent the company at industry events, business groups (like BNI), and exhibitions to build a robust pipeline. ​

Proposal Management: Prepare and present professional business proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements. ​

Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals and referrals for PRO and corporate services. ​

Required Skills & Qualifications ​Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the UAE Business Setup/PRO services sector. ​Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Dubai Economy (DET) regulations, Free Zone authorities, and UAE labor/immigration laws. ​

Communication: Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages are a significant advantage). ​

Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and "closing" skills. Must be self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision. ​

Network: A pre-existing database or network of potential corporate clients is highly preferred. ​
