Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our Security and IT Solutions business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across channel market, enterprise, government, and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and develop new business opportunities in Security Systems (Access Control, CCTV, Biometrics, VMS, etc.) and IT Solutions.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, consultants, contractors, and end users.

· Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.

· Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.

· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines.

· Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.

· Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports to management.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Electronics, or related field.

· Minimum 3+ years of experience in Security Systems or IT solution sales.

· Strong knowledge of Access Control, CCTV, Biometric systems, Networking, or related technologies.

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Valid UAE driving license preferred.

· Experience in the Middle East market is an advantage.
