With clients across North America, Europe, and the Middle East, we're expanding our business development operations to strengthen our global client base.

We're seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and growth across Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and outbound channels. This is a role for someone who values stability, professional growth, and wants to build a long-term career with a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow Revolutic's presence on Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn, ensuring strong visibility and high conversion.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold outreach, and relationship-building.
  • Write and tailor winning proposals, cover letters, and client pitches aligned with business goals.
  • Handle bidding and follow-ups on freelance platforms to meet monthly sales and conversion targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop custom pricing, technical documentation, and proposals for clients.
  • Maintain CRM records, client pipelines, and reporting dashboards for transparency and performance tracking.
  • Participate in client calls, demos, and negotiations, representing Revolutic's expertise with confidence.
  • Analyze conversion performance and propose improvements for sales strategy and outreach messaging.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation for IT or software companies.
  • Demonstrated success in Upwork, Fiverr, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator lead conversion.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (client-facing role with international clients).
  • Strong understanding of software development, web, mobile apps, or SaaS solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive) and outreach automation tools (Dripify, Octopus CRM, Instantly, etc.).
  • Confidence in cold calling, video pitching, and client handling.
  • Ability to work independently, meet KPIs, and collaborate closely with management.
  • This is a full-time, dedicated position, candidates must be available to commit fully during working hours without conflicting freelance or part-time obligations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in digital marketing or client account management.
  • Understanding of international B2B markets (US, UK, EU, GCC).
  • Experience training or supervising junior sales team members.
