Business Development Executive

Job Title: Business Development Executive – Fitness & Padel Channel

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to expand AQAM brands into gyms, padel clubs, boutique fitness studios, and sports academies across the UAE. The ideal candidate will drive retail listings, partnerships, and recurring supply agreements to grow our fitness and padel channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit 5–8 gyms/padel clubs daily.
  • Identify decision makers (owner, manager, head trainer).
  • Present product portfolio professionally.
  • Negotiate retail placement and display visibility.
  • Close new account agreements.
  • Plan and execute sampling activations and trainer engagement programs.
  • Follow up on reorders and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Maintain competitor intelligence reports.
  • Achieve monthly sales and new account targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in fitness, sports, or retail.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the UAE.
