Business Development Executive

Location: Onsite – Lahore

Timings: 2 pm to 11 pm (Monday to Friday)

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Adlance Digital is looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive who has hands-on experience with Upwork bidding and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, initiating conversations, and building a structured sales funnel to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork
  • Research and generate qualified leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Initiate outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email
  • Build and manage a structured sales pipeline / funnel
  • Schedule meetings between potential clients and senior sales team
  • Maintain CRM records and track lead progress
  • Follow up with prospects to convert leads into clients
  • Conduct competitor and market research
  • Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in business development (agency experience preferred)
  • Proven experience working on Upwork bidding
  • Strong command of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Understanding of sales funnel management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required)
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Strong research and negotiation skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in digital marketing agency environment
  • Understanding of international markets (UK, USA, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools
  • Email outreach automation experience is a plus
