Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager – ELV Systems is responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding market presence for ELV solutions including CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, BMS, Gate Barrier, Sliding Door and other low-voltage systems. The role requires ability to build long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial, residential, industrial, and government sectors.
  • Generate leads and convert them into profitable projects.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and pre-bid meetings.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable ELV solutions.

3. Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategies.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and product offerings.
  • Identify emerging technologies in ELV systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong network within construction and MEP industry.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Annual sales revenue achievement.
  • New client acquisition rate.
  • Tender win ratio.
  • Customer satisfaction score.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
