Business Development Executive

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in the company setup sector to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of business setup processes—whether Mainland, Free Zone, or Offshore—and a strong aptitude for managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and seize new business opportunities within the corporate services sector.

Manage the entire sales cycle: from lead generation and prospecting to deal closure.

Advise clients on the best company setup options (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) and related services.

Foster long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless service delivery.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

Stay up-to-date on industry laws, regulations, and emerging market trends.

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in a company setup or corporate services firm (do not apply if you don't meet this criterion).

Solid understanding of the UAE's company formation processes (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Results-driven, proactive, and client-focused.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
