Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Executives to promote and sell IT products and services, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company’s business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals

Pitch IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Applications, Software Solutions, and Digital Marketing

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions

Conduct sales calls, meetings, and product presentations

Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups to close deals

Maintain and update lead and client information in the CRM system

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications

Any Bachelor’s degree (Business / IT preferred)

Good communication and negotiation skills

Basic understanding of IT services

Strong convincing ability and follow-up skills

Willingness to learn with a target-oriented mindset

Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

Proficiency in Hindi / Kannada / Telugu (as per assigned role)

Preferred Skills

Experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or B2B Sales

Knowledge of SaaS, software services, or digital solutions

Familiarity with LinkedIn sales and online lead generation techniques
