Business Development Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and expand the customer base for our labels business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new clients, managing key accounts, and promoting label solutions across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for labels
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships
  • Promote and sell pressure-sensitive labels, packaging labels, and related solutions
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiations
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
  • Coordinate with production and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Follow up on payments and maintain healthy customer accounts
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Arabic Speaking (Manadatory)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the labels or packaging industry
  • Strong understanding of label products, materials, and printing processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Valid Saudi driving license (preferred)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling to FMCG, food & beverage, pharma, or industrial clients
  • Strong CRM and reporting skills
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
