Business Development Executive

Business Growth & Sales

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities in digital marketing and software development services.
  • Generate leads through multiple channels: cold calling, networking, referrals, online outreach (LinkedIn, email), etc.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and customized proposals to potential clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client business goals and recommend relevant digital and technology solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact throughout the sales process.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Research market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities.
  • Provide insights on industry needs to inform marketing and service strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, delivery) to tailor solutions based on client needs.

Reporting & CRM

  • Track activity and update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
