Business Development Executive

We are a growing marketing agency offering integrated solutions across digital campaigns, social media management, podcast production, and event planning. We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to support our growth by identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into long-term clients.

Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will focus on lead generation, client outreach, proposal coordination, and supporting the sales process. This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience who wants to grow in sales and business development within the marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new leads through research, LinkedIn outreach, cold calls, and networking.

Set up meetings with potential clients.

Support in preparing proposals and presentations.

Follow up on prospects and maintain consistent communication.

Maintain CRM records and track pipeline activity.

Assist in closing smaller deals independently.

Support upselling efforts with existing clients.

Represent the agency at selected industry events when required.

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of experience in sales or business development (agency experience preferred).

Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media services.

Strong communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of Arabic language is beneficial.

Confident in cold outreach and follow-ups.

Target-driven and self-motivated.

Organized and disciplined with reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving licence (Preferred)
