Business Development Executive

We are hiring a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive, fluent in Arabic and English, with a strong background in social media and digital trends. The main focus of this role is to acquire new clients, promote the company’s services, and drive business growth through direct outreach, cold calls, and in-person meetings.

Your understanding of social media will support your ability to engage clients, present our offerings effectively, and identify marketing opportunities — you will not be managing the company's social media accounts, but your knowledge will be key in promoting the brand externally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, emails, and site visits.
• Present the company’s services clearly and persuasively to decision-makers.
• Use social media knowledge to relate to client needs and demonstrate marketing value.
• Attend meetings, networking events, and industry functions to generate leads.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to close deals and secure long-term business.
• Ensure a high level of client retention through relationship management and ongoing support.
• Track outreach and sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
• Experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Confident in making cold calls and conducting in-person client meetings.
• Able to prepare professional proposals and contracts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to meet clients (if needed).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing, digital media, or related industries.

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
