The Sales Executive is responsible for developing and optimizing the sales and placement of one or more products across various brands to an identified and defined number of key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve budgeted sales volumes, prices, and profit margins at a specified number of key account customers
- Enhance account penetration and relationships within the key account company focusing on increasing product strategies and activities such as identifying buyer influences, overcoming objections, introducing new products, pricing negotiation, etc.
- Implement long-range planning to increase account penetration, satisfaction, and sales growth.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations by leveraging professional written and verbal communication skills
- Track and optimize return on investment in key accounts.
- Communicate frequently and maintain positive relationships with existing customers / partners to understand their needs and be a resource for potential solutions as needed.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the annual contracts versus the projected goals.
- Identify further opportunities/threats to the annual contract and recommend corrective action.
- Support in the development process of the annual contracts with the key accounts.
- Ensure excellent delivery of products and maintenance appropriate service levels. • Perform any other duty, within a reasonable professional boundary, as assigned by the Wholesale Manager from time to time.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of local B2B sales experience in Qatar, preferably within the sports retail or lifestyle industry.
- Fluency in Arabic is required (native)
- Proven track record of managing a variety of key accounts
- Proven experience in key account management, including handling corporate clients, distributors, and institutional customers.
- Solid understanding of local market dynamics, customer buying behavior, and competitive landscape in Qatar.
