Business Development Executive

About Us
We are a fast growing advertising and social media agency delivering creative campaigns, content production, and digital strategies for corporate and government clients. We are expanding and looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help us grow our client portfolio.

The Role
We are looking for someone who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and convert leads into long term clients. Your primary focus will be bringing in new business and contributing to the agency’s revenue growth.

If you are confident, persuasive, and results driven, this role is for you.

Work Schedule

• Full time position
• 6 working days per week, Sunday off
• Office based with client meetings as required
• Working hours: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identifying and approaching potential clients
• Generating leads through networking, cold outreach, and referrals
• Pitching agency services including social media management, content production, and advertising
• Preparing proposals and coordinating with internal teams for pricing and scope
• Attending client meetings and presentations
• Building and maintaining long term client relationships
• Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

What We’re Looking For

• 2 to 4 years experience in business development or sales, preferably in advertising, media, or marketing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident presenter and relationship builder
• Experience dealing with corporate or government clients is a plus
• Self motivated and target driven
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services

• You already have an existing network of potential clients
• You understand the UAE market
• You have experience closing agency retainers
