Working Days: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: Fixed salary during probation + performance-based commission after probation

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Executive who can drive revenue, generate new business, and maintain strong client relationships. This role combines strategic thinking, client management, and active business generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities to expand the client base
• Manage existing client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
• Track, analyze, and report business performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client experience
• Assist in developing strategies for market expansion and revenue growth
• Maintain accurate records of business activities and client interactions
• Provide insights and suggestions to improve business processes and outcomes

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into revenue
• Strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented
• Comfortable taking ownership and working onsite under performance targets
• Professional approach to client interactions
