Business Development Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand market presence in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, excellent market research capabilities, and exposure to the oil & gas sector (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate B2B leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations)
  • Develop KPIs and monitor performance metrics
  • Support product positioning and value proposition development
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and client meetings
  • Maintain and update industry decision-maker database

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales
  • At least 2 years of exposure to Oil & Gas sector (products or services preferred)
  • Experience in training, consultancy, or service industry is an advantage
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong understanding of market planning and customer needs analysis
  • Fluent in English
  • Age preference: Below 35 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
