We are a high-tech company specializing in drone solutions and international procurement, serving B2B clients across multiple industries. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Business Development Executive with strong import, sourcing, and procurement expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage B2B client relationships and develop long-term partnerships
- Handle purchasing and procurement from A to Z
- Manage import operations (suppliers, logistics, documentation, Incoterms) - critical role requirement
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions directly with suppliers and clients
- Coordinate with logistics partners and follow up on shipments
- Oversee the full commercial cycle: negotiation, purchasing, client follow-up, and delivery
- Use ERP systems, Excel, and Office tools for reporting and operations
- Identify new business opportunities (hunter profile is a strong plus)
Profile Required
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the UAE
- Strong background in import/export, sourcing, procurement, and international trade
- Proven B2B sales experience
- High level of autonomy and decision-making ability
- Comfortable negotiating prices, validating purchases, and managing expenses
- Well-organized, proactive, and results-driven
Languages
- English - mandatory
- French, Italian, Arabic, or Spanish - strong advantage
