Key Responsibilities
- Specification Sales: Partner with architects and interior designers to ensure company products are "specified" in project blueprints.
- Network Expansion: Proactively visit construction sites and architects offices for new leads.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain enduring relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers such as Architects.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and pricing to close sales while ensuring mutual value for the client and company.
- Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years in building materials Sales (experience with project-based selling is highly preferred). (experience is optional but a plus)
- Education: BBA/MBA in Marketing or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to handle objections and close deals.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
