Business development executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, meet potential clients, and achieve sales targets .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities .
  • Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, networking, and online portals
  • Meet clients, understand requirements, and prepare proposals/quotations
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
  • Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management
  • Coordinate with operations and technical teams for project execution
  • Follow up on payments and contract renewals
  • Maintain updated client database and CRM records

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Engineering (preferred)
  • Minimum 2–4 years experience in (UAE preferred)
  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
