Business Development Executive

Cyngro is on the lookout for a Business Development Executive who excels in Upwork/Fiverr within the IT industry. If you're skilled at identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into lasting client relationships, we’d love to connect!

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Create and implement effective outreach and follow-up strategies.
• Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams to align project goals.
• Track performance and optimize bidding strategies.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in business development (IT/tech domain preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven, with strong time management and negotiation skills.

Timings: 7 PM to 4 AM
