Business Development Executive

Summer: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Time
Winter: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM Pakistan Time

This role supports international operations and requires availability during night shift hours.

International Communication Requirement

Role Objective

Generate qualified international leads and book high value appointments for Xorora’s data, digital, and software services.

This is a performance driven outbound sales role.

Key Responsibilities

Cold Emails

  • Execute structured cold email campaigns targeting US and global markets
  • Personalise outreach for higher response rates
  • Follow up consistently to improve conversion

LinkedIn Outreach

  • Identify and connect with decision makers
  • Initiate professional conversations
  • Build prospect relationships

Appointment Setting

  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria
  • Schedule discovery calls for the Business Development Manager
  • Ensure high quality handover

Cold Calling

  • Conduct outbound calls to international prospects
  • Handle objections confidently
  • Convert conversations into meetings

CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Track outreach activity and lead status
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene

Performance Expectations

  • Meet defined outreach activity targets
  • Maintain minimum booked meeting targets
  • Contribute directly to pipeline growth

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in IT sales, B2B sales, or outbound sales
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to confidently speak with US and international clients
  • High energy and target driven mindset
  • Strong organisational discipline
  • Comfortable working night shift

Preferred

  • Experience using outreach tools or CRM systems
  • Experience targeting US or UK markets
  • Background in technology or software sales
