Compensation Breakdown:

Component & Earnings

Basic Salary PKR: 50,000/month

Lead Transfer Incentive: PKR 1,000 per qualified lead

Commission on Closed Deal: PKR 10,000 – 25,000 per closed deal

Total Potential: PKR 80,000 – 500,000+ per month

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in B2B sales, cold calling, or business development
• Excellent English communication and networking skills
• Strong research, prospecting, and objection-handling abilities
• Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
