Business Development Executive

Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Rawalpindi
Salary: 60k + Commission

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation
  • Contact potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings
  • Present company products/services to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in lead generation and client handling
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and email communication

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Knowledge of digital marketing or IT services is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs60,000.00 per month
