About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing B2B sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, relationship building, and business growth in a professional corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive B2B sales and business development activities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
2.Identify and onboard new customers, while strengthening relationships with existing clients
3.Explore and execute cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the existing customer base
4.Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and follow up on leads effectivel
5.Track sales performance and key metrics to ensure target achievement
6.Present technical product knowledge and communicate customer value propositions confidently
7.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply)
1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate sales (preferred, not mandatory)
Strong selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, confident, and eager to grow in a sales career
