Business Development Executive

At LinkitSoft, the BDR serves as the initial touchpoint in the sales pipeline, responsible for transforming outbound prospects into qualified, high-value opportunities. This position focuses on leading discovery conversations, nurturing prospects at the early stages, and scheduling meetings with primary decision-makers, rather than directly closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calling initiatives and implement targeted email outreach campaigns to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients for the company’s software offerings.
• Apply structured cold calling techniques and performance-oriented email marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads and foster long-term prospect relationships.
• Evaluate client requirements and clearly communicate the features, benefits, and overall value proposition of the company’s software solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong spoken English proficiency with excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Reliable and team-focused professional who performs effectively in a collaborative work environment.
• Proven experience in organizing and executing B2B sales outreach campaigns.
• 1–3 years of experience in international sales, particularly in software-focused telemarketing and email marketing.
• Hands-on experience with lead generation activities, including lead scraping and structured cold prospecting.
• Solid knowledge of contemporary cold calling frameworks and results-driven email marketing strategies.
• Strong negotiation skills supported by a confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented communication style.
