About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and accelerate agency growth. If you are passionate about sales, thrive on closing deals, and enjoy building long-term client relationships, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities
• Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, meetings, negotiations, and closing
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch decks
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding and project handover
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
• Experience in an advertising, marketing, or creative agency is preferred
• Experience in AML, compliance, or financial services is an advantage
• Experience working within Deira Market is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated personality
• Ability to work independently in a full-time, on-site role
