Business Development Executive

NESL-IT is growing its Business Development function and is hiring 2–3 experienced Business Development Executives with a proven ability to sell technology products and IT services. This role is designed for professionals who want more than a fixed salary. It offers ownership, performance-based earnings, and a clear leadership path.

About the Role

As a Business Development Executive at NESL-IT, you will drive revenue by engaging international clients, understanding their technical needs, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.

You will begin as a strong individual contributor and progressively take on responsibilities related to mentoring, strategy, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell IT services including Software Development, QA/Testing, and Technology Solutions
  • Generate, manage, and close leads via calls, meetings, and online platforms
  • Engage with international clients through calls and video meetings
  • Translate client requirements into clear, value-driven technical proposals
  • Negotiate pricing, scope, and commercial terms
  • Maintain CRM records and manage the sales pipeline
  • Support and mentor junior team members as the team scales

Who Should Apply

  • 1–3+ years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development
  • Demonstrated success in selling tech products or services
  • Strong English communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in handling client calls and meetings
  • Leadership mindset with long-term growth ambitions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment

Compensation & Career Growth
