• Alternate Saturdays (Shift-based): 6:45 PM – 10:45 PM

Rs. 100,000 – Rs. 150,000 per monthly

Job Overview

Scaleup Connect is looking for experienced International Outbound Sales Closers for one of its valued clients. This role involves making outbound sales calls, engaging potential customers, and successfully closing deals. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and have prior outbound or call center sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to international prospects
• Convert leads into successful sales
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
• Use persuasive sales techniques to close deals

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Proven experience in outbound sales and deal closing

Education & Experience

• Education: Matriculation / Intermediate
• Experience: 1–2 years (Outbound or Call Center sales preferred)
