Element Middle East Consultancy is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive B2B growth across the UAE and GCC. This role combines traditional B2B sales with digital business development and marketing, targeting corporate clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales by identifying, engaging, and closing new corporate clients
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across UAE and GCC markets
  • Develop relationships with decision-makers (HR, C-suite, Operations, Finance)
  • Support digital business development initiatives (LinkedIn outreach, campaigns, lead funnels)
  • Collaborate with consultants to convert leads into long-term client accounts
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations
  • Track sales performance and report on leads, conversions, and revenue

Must-Have Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B business development or consultative sales
  • UAE / GCC experience is mandatory
  • Currently residing in the UAE
  • Strong exposure to digital business development & marketing (LinkedIn, online lead generation, branding support)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and commercially sharp

Nice to Have

  • Experience in consulting, HR, advisory, or professional services
  • Existing corporate network in the UAE
  • Understanding of client-centric solution selling
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client conversations
