Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients and market opportunities through various channels.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct outreach to prospective clients via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to present Meraki Group services.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
  • Proposal Preparation: Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and other sales materials tailored to client needs.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with potential clients, documenting interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and support for client needs.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead generation, client engagement, and market insights for management review.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a customer facing role (real estate experience highly preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self motivation.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Female and Hindi speaker Preferred
