We are expanding our freelance Business Development team for our Annual Global Banking & Finance Awards® and are looking for confident, articulate Business Development Managers who can engage senior decision-makers and invite them to participate in our awards program

• Calling and engaging banks, insurance companies, fintechs, and financial institutions globally
• Speaking with CEOs, Managing Directors, Heads of Marketing, Heads of Retail/Corporate Banking, and senior leadership
• Global Banking & Finance Review® as a publication
• The credibility and global reach of our Awards
• The free nomination, selection, and winner announcement process
• Persuading organisations to submit nominations for their institution, leadership, or teams
• Handling questions and objections confidently and professionally

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent spoken English (clear, confident, professional)
• Strong persuasion, influence, and communication skills
• Comfortable holding conversations with senior decision-makers
• Ability to explain value, credibility, and process — not just read a script
• Goal-oriented, disciplined, and professional on calls

Big Advantage If You Have

• Experience working with:
• A financial publication
• A media house
• An events or awards company
• Prior experience in B2B awards, nominations, sponsorships, or partnerships
• Exposure to the banking, insurance, or fintech industry

Pay: E£20,782.34 - E£25,980.99 per month
