Business Development Executive | Sports Events & International Football Tournaments

Tournakick is a sports events and football tournament management company, specializing in creating high-quality competitive experiences for clubs, academies, and young talents across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. We design and manage international tournaments, training camps, and competitive tours, providing operational excellence and player development in professionally structured environments.

We are looking for a full-time Business Development Executive based in Cairo, Egypt to help grow Tournakick’s tournaments and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate leads
• Manage client accounts and build long-term strategic relationships
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support tournament and event execution
• Drive growth through partnerships with clubs, academies, and sponsors
• Ensure seamless communication with clients and partners

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or account management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of business principles and strategies in sports or events industry
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Prior experience in sports management, events planning, or related field is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or related discipline
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (additional languages are a plus)
