Business Development Executive

A.Client Development & Relationship Management

•Identify, develop, and manage relationships with premium clients, including HNWIs, interior designers, architects, developers, and corporate partners.

•Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized engagement and exceptional service.

•Maintain accurate and detailed client records, preferences, and sales pipelines.

•Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company with professionalism, discretion, and refined communication.

•Deliver comprehensive product presentations highlighting craftsmanship, materials, design heritage, and exclusivity.

•Ensure all client interactions meet or exceed luxury retail service standards.

•Establish and nurture strong partnerships with interior designers, architects, and consultants.

•Support trade clients with technical specifications, finishes, timelines, and project coordination.

•Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

B. Sales/ Revenue Growth & Market Support

•Achieve agreed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

•Generate new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

•Present, promote, and sell luxury furniture collections, bespoke solutions, and customization options.

•Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines, and success fully close high-value sales.

•Support showroom operations by ensuring product displays meet luxury visual merchandising standards.

•Assist in organizing client events, private previews, and product launches.

•Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to support strategic decisions.

•Oversee order processing, delivery coordination, and post-installation follow-up.

•Address and resolve client concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.

•Encourage referrals and long-term client loyalty.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
