Business Development Executive

Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)Role Overview

The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for driving revenue growth through client acquisition for company formation and related advisory services across Oman and Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing both inbound and outbound leads, converting prospects into long-term clients, and contributing to regional sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong market knowledge of the GCC region and demonstrate the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients, target markets, and new business opportunities across Oman and Saudi Arabia.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and expand the client portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct impactful presentations, meetings, and service demonstrations to showcase company offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within Oman and Saudi Arabia.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
  • Represent the company at networking events, industry forums, and conferences across the GCC.
  • Provide excellent client support throughout the sales cycle and post-engagement to ensure long-term relationships.
  • Travel within Oman and Saudi Arabia as required to support business development activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
  • Prior experience in Business Consulting, Company Formation, or Corporate Services is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam is an added advantage.
  • Possession of a valid Oman Driving License is required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% for client meetings and business development activities.

Location & Job Type

  • Location: Oman, with flexibility to travel or relocate to Saudi Arabia based on business requirements.
  • Job Type: Full-Time

Experience

  • Business Development: Minimum 3–4 years (Required)
  • Business Consulting/Corporate Services: Minimum 2 years (Preferred)

Pay: From RO300.000 per month
