Business Development Executive

We’re Hiring — Business Development Executive

We are a growing architectural services company working with clients across the UAE, Europe, and North America, and we’re looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team.

Role Overview

Primary focus will be international business development:

  • Identifying and reaching out to architecture, interior design, and real estate firms abroad
  • Conducting research via LinkedIn and other platforms to build a strong client pipeline
  • Initiating conversations, building relationships, and setting up meetings
  • Organizing and maintaining BD data, leads, and communication records

You will work closely with leadership to convert opportunities into long-term clients.

Support Role

  • Coordinate with designers and external teams to prepare presentations and marketing material
  • Use tools like Canva / PowerPoint for basic content and communication needs
  • Help streamline workflows between business development and other teams

Ideal Candidate

  • 1–2 years of experience in Business Development (preferably in IT/export services)
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable with target-driven work
  • Proficient in Excel and digital tools for managing data and communication
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and online research tools
  • Basic understanding of Canva or similar tools
