Business Development Executive

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth for Salonist, a leading salon and spa management software. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to long-term revenue expansion within the beauty and wellness industry.

This is a consultative, relationship-focused role, where your ability to understand client needs, nurture prospects, and position tailored solutions will directly impact success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, LinkedIn, networking, and field visits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Conduct product presentations and demos (online & in-person) to showcase value
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales and growth strategies
  • Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and convert prospects into long-term clients
  • Maintain and manage a healthy business development pipeline
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to generate leads, nurture relationships, and close deals
  • Experience in conducting product demos or client presentations
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with outreach activities

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
