Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market research
  • Assist clients in property buying, selling, and leasing transactions
  • Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on market trends
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
  • Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
  • Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends and regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales (Dubai experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
  • Good knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage
