Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and expand our corporate portfolio. The role involves generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through various channels including cold outreach, networking, and market analysis.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present services and understand their hiring requirements.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities and onboard corporate clients.
- Develop and share tailored proposals, agreements, and commercial offers based on client needs.
- Plan and carry out regular client visits to strengthen relationships and close deals.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to convert them into long-term business partnerships.
- Liaise with the recruitment team to ensure timely and effective fulfillment of client requirements.
- Meet assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Keep accurate records of leads, client communications, and sales activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (experience in HR consultancy will be an advantage).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable with cold calling and direct client interaction.
- Ability to work in a performance-driven environment.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per hour
