Business Development Executive

About the Role

ECL is looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a career in sales and the logistics/courier industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic & international courier services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Generate leads through market visits, networking, and digital platforms
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Present and promote company services to potential customers
• Coordinate with operations team for smooth service delivery

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
• BBA (Marketing), Supply Chain, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
