Business Development Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to support sales growth through lead generation, client outreach, and deal conversion. The ideal candidate should have basic experience in IT services sales and a strong interest in building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Identify potential clients and initiate outreach via email, messages, and proposals
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand service offerings
  • Maintain records of leads, conversations, and deals in CRM/tools
  • Support senior sales team in closing deals
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (IT services preferred)
  • Familiarity with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr) or B2B outreach
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of sales process and client handling
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
