Job Title: Business Development Executive – Recruitment Agency

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and expand our recruitment services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales experience, and a good understanding of recruitment or HR services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online platforms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Understand client hiring needs and offer suitable recruitment solutions
• Conduct client meetings and presentations
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in recruitment or HR consultancy
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of UAE job market is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 8,000 (depending on experience)
