The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you won't just be "selling software"—you’ll be a strategic partner to our clients. Your mission is to identify market opportunities, articulate the value of Fortender.com, and convert prospects into long-term partners. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a "closer" mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution: Implement aggressive sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to key decision-makers in target industries to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • High-Impact Presentations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations that address specific client pain points.
  • Deal Closing: Navigate the sales cycle from initial contact through to negotiation and final contract signing.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand to refine our sales approach.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with potential and existing clients to ensure high retention and referral rates.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably within the SaaS, Fintech, or Tech industry in the UAE.
  • Track Record: A demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and revenue goals.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a significant advantage.
