Business Development Executive

Join the Bang & Olufsen team and step into a role as a Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project sales, targeting the hospitality sector, architects, interior designers, system integrators, and high net worth individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality, architecture, interior design, and luxury sectors.
• Drive B2B sales through strategic targeting and relationship building.
• Identify and pursue project sales opportunities to meet annual revenue targets.
• Lead business development efforts to expand market presence and revenue.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, marketing, and B2B sales.
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
• Experience in project sales and relationship management with high-profile clients.
• Strong network in the hospitality, architecture, interior design, and luxury sectors.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language is an advantage. ‎

The salary for this role is based on experience.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
