Business Development Executive

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with around 1 year of experience in IT sales and online bidding to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to platforms like Upwork and a strong understanding of IT service sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services
Create and submit winning proposals on Upwork and other freelance platforms
Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for solution design
Manage end-to-end bidding process including follow-ups and negotiations
Maintain and update CRM with leads, opportunities, and client communication
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive conversions
Required Skills & Experience:
1 year of experience in IT sales / business development
Expert in Upwork bidding or similar freelance platforms
Understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, DevOps, Cloud, etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with CRM tools (basic level)
Exposure to tools like linkedin sales navigator.

Ability to work with technical teams and coordinate effectively
Strong interest in IT services and global client markets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
