Job Title: Business Development Executive

Industry: IT Training, Recruitment & Staffing

Location: Sheikhupura Road, Faisalabad

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Experience: Fresh Graduates Welcome (Industry experience is a plus)

Education: BBA / BS

Salary: PKR 40,000 + $160 recurring commission per successful placement

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients (local & international)

Generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships

Communicate with clients via calls, emails, and online platforms

Understand client hiring and training needs and offer suitable solutions

Coordinate with internal recruitment and training teams for smooth service delivery

Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects and follow-ups

Requirements

Fresh graduate (BBA / BS preferred)

Strong spoken and written English skills

Confidence in client interaction and sales conversations

Experience in IT training, recruitment, or staffing is a plus

Willingness to work evening/night shift (6 PM – 3 AM)

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month
