Manager Technical Sales - Faisalabad

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Manager – Technical Sales to lead business development activities in the Faisalabad region for our Lighting, Electrification, and Motion portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships, and managing project-based and channel sales across industrial, commercial, OEM, and government sectors.

The role requires a strong understanding of technical solutions, project execution, and consultative selling within the electrical and industrial automation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Drive sales of:

  • Professional & Architectural Lighting
  • Electrification Products
  • Motion & Automation Products

Identify and develop opportunities in:

  • Industrial and commercial projects
  • OEMs and system integrators
  • Retail and distribution channels
  • Government and institutional sectors

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Expand market presence and develop new business opportunities within the Faisalabad region.
  • Generate and manage project pipelines from lead generation to closure.

Channel & Client Management

  • Develop and maintain relationships with:
  • Consultants, contractors, and end-users
  • OEMs, distributors, dealers, and retail partners
  • Industrial clients and key accounts
  • Support channel partners through regular engagement, technical discussions, and business planning.
  • Coordinate pricing, quotations, approvals, and order execution with internal teams.
  • Ensure strong customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

Technical Support & Project Coordination

  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer meetings.
  • Provide support in:
  • Product selection and application guidance
  • Technical proposals and BOQs
  • Compliance documentation and project submittals
  • Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams for smooth project execution and timely deliveries.
  • Promote energy-efficient and technically compliant solutions.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and emerging technologies.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and territory performance updates.
  • Identify growth opportunities and recommend market development strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 7–8 years of experience in technical sales within:
  • Lighting
  • Electrification
  • Industrial electrical solutions
  • Motion products (VFDs, Motors etc)
  • Strong understanding of product sales, project sales and industrial customer handling.
  • Experience working with consultants, contractors, OEMs, distributors, and industrial clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong business development and territory management capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel within the Faisalabad and nearby region.
  • Valid driving license preferred.
