Business Development Executive

Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Walton road, near Defense mor
Job Type: Full-Time (on site)

Job Timings: 7 PM to 5 AM

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in platforms like Upwork and Freelancer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, securing projects, and building long-term client relationships through effective bidding strategies and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelance platforms.
  • Prepare and submit high-quality proposals, bids, and responses to client requirements.
  • Analyze project requirements and align company services to client needs.
  • Communicate with clients to understand project scope, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Maintain and optimize company profiles on Upwork, Freelancer, and similar platforms.
  • Track bidding performance, success rates, and continuously improve conversion strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and long-term collaboration.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, content, etc.) to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Manage client communications, follow-ups, and post-project engagement.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and platform algorithms.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development on Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of bidding strategies, proposal writing, and lead generation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required).
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in IT services, digital marketing, or software development projects.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and project management tools.
  • Understanding of international client handling and time zone coordination.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
