Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive / Project Hunter who can bring in interior fit-out projects (commercial, office, retail, etc.) within the UAE market.

This is a purely commission-based opportunity ideal for freelancers, consultants, or well-connected professionals in the construction/interior industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new fit-out projects in UAE
• Generate leads through your professional network and market connections
• Bring direct clients, consultants, or subcontracting opportunities

Commission Structure

• Attractive commission: 5% to 10% of total project value (based on project size and profitability)
• High earning potential for successful project acquisition
• Commission paid upon project confirmation and/or milestone terms (to be agreed)
