Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: DHA Phase 6, Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Salary: PKR 50,000 – 65,000 + High Performance Based Recurring Commissions

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and intelligent Business Development Executive (BDE) who can bridge the gap between potential international clients and our in-house software development team. This role combines lead generation, technical understanding, client communication, and talent positioning.

The ideal candidate must be excellent at researching and identifying valuable job opportunities on LinkedIn and various job boards, while also being capable of optimizing developer profiles and presenting them professionally to potential employers and clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Opportunity Research

  • Search and identify relevant job opportunities on LinkedIn, Indeed, Upwork, Dice, and other job platforms.
  • Analyze job postings and determine whether they are worth pursuing based on:
  • Technical requirements
  • Client credibility
  • Budget and hiring potential
  • Competition level
  • Match with available developers
  • Maintain organized lead pipelines and application tracking.
  • Apply strategic thinking to maximize conversion rates.

Developer Profile Management

  • Optimize and professionally manage LinkedIn profiles of in-house developers.
  • Improve profile visibility, positioning, and engagement to attract recruiters and companies.
  • Write compelling summaries, technical descriptions, project highlights, and skill sections.
  • Match the right programmer with the right job opportunity based on technical fit and experience.

Client Communication & Coordination

  • Communicate with international clients and employers through LinkedIn, email, and calls.
  • Answer client questions professionally and confidently.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between developers and employers.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain professional business relationships.

Technical Understanding

  • Possess basic understanding of:
  • Software development technologies
  • Programming languages
  • AI/ML concepts
  • Web and mobile development
  • Understand technical job requirements sufficiently to evaluate candidate-job compatibility.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and online recruiting/job platforms.
  • Ability to research and analyze opportunities intelligently.
  • Good knowledge of modern technologies and programming languages.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Confident personality with professional client-handling abilities.
  • Ability to work independently during evening/night shift hours.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in business development, recruitment, lead generation, or tech sales.
  • Familiarity with AI, software development, and IT services industry.
  • Understanding of LinkedIn algorithms and profile optimization techniques.
  • Experience communicating with international clients.
